07:43 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SS&C Technologies ( SSNC ) said Tuesday it has established SS&C Wealth Services Europe, which has received authorization from the Central Bank of Ireland under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.

The company said the license enables the new Dublin-based operation to offer a full suite of technology-enabled wealth management services directly from Ireland.

SS&C ( SSNC ) said the new business will focus on supporting financial institutions in modernizing and scaling their wealth operations through its integrated wealth platform, custody, and back-office services.

SS&C ( SSNC ) employs over 550 professionals in Ireland and services over 95 billion euro ($109.5 billion) in assets across all fund structures and 25 billion euro in life and pension products, it said.
