10:01 AM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SS&C Technologies ( SSNC ) said Thursday that more than 400 wealth management firms will move to its SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions from the Morningstar ( MORN ) Office platform as part of its strategic alliance with Morningstar ( MORN ).

Morningstar ( MORN ) announced the shutdown of its Office platform in February, leading its users to evaluate alternatives, SS&C ( SSNC ) said. Nearly 100 firms completed the transition to its Black Diamond Wealth Solutions, with 250 more nearing completion, the company added.
