03:35 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SS&C Technologies Holdings ( SSNC ) said late Monday it has made an initial agreement with Australian wealth management firm Insignia Financial to provide superannuation member administration services.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Once a final and binding agreement is signed, more than 1,000 Insignia employees in seven Australian offices will transfer from Insignia to SS&C ( SSNC ), with employees of the two companies working to automate and streamline administration of superannuation, which is an Australian pension program, the company said.
