SSR Mining Completes Sale of 20% Stake in Hod Maden Project

08:49 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SSR Mining ( SSRGF ) said Friday that it has completed the sale of its 20% stake in the Hod Maden development project in northeastern Turkey.

The gold and silver mining company said that at closing, it received an uncapped 4% net smelter return royalty on the entirety of the project.
