SSR Mining Says Chief Legal, Administrative Officer Michael Sparks to Take on CFO Role

11:37 AM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SSR Mining ( SSRGF ) said Friday Michael Sparks, currently chief legal and administrative officer, will take on the role of chief financial officer.

Sparks succeeds Alison White, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities, the company said.

Meanwhile, F. Edward Farid, currently chief corporate development officer, will take on the role of chief strategy officer, it said.
