S&T Bancorp Authorizes $100 Million Share Repurchase Program

07:59 AM EST, 01/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- S&T Bancorp ( STBA ) said Thursday its board has approved a $100 million stock buyback plan.

The new repurchase program will replace the current buyback plan on Jan. 26 and expire on Feb. 1, 2027, the company said.

Any outstanding capacity under the existing buyback plan has been terminated, it added.
