04:26 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- S&T Bancorp ( STBA ) said late Wednesday that Board Chair Christine Toretti has decided to resign, effective Sept. 28, to pursue her role as US Ambassador to Sweden.

Chief Executive Officer Christopher McComish will assume an expanded role of board chair, the company said.

Jeffrey Grube was appointed as a lead independent director, who will serve as a liaison between the CEO and the independent directors. Grube was most recently the chair of the credit risk committee, according to a statement.
