02:11 PM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stack Capital Group ( STCGF ) on Thursday said it closed a best efforts private placement and concurrent non-brokered private placement for total proceeds of $35 Million.

In its best efforts private placement, or the LIFE offering, the company issued 1.5-million units at $13.75 apiece for $20 million, while a concurrent private placement placed 1.0-million units at $13.75 apiece for $15 million. Each unit was made up of a share and one quarter of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $17.00.

The company said proceeds will be used for investments in accordance with its investment principles and general corporate and working capital purposes.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.11 to $13.12 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
