Stack Capital Group Seeking $14.5 Million in a Best-Efforts Offering of Share Unites

04:36 PM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stack Capital Group ( STCGF ) after close Tuesday said it will look to raise up to $14.5 million in a best-efforts share-unit offer.

The company said a banking syndicate will seek to sell up to 1.3-million units of the company, with each priced at $11.00 per unit. Each unit is made up of a share and one half of a three-year warrant to buy a second share for of $11.00 per warrant shares.

Proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes and investments in accordance with the company's investment principles, the company said.

Stack shares closed down $0.30 to $10.15 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
