07:44 AM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Stack Capital Group ( STCGF ) said Thursday that it has upsized it previously announced best efforts private placement to C$30 million from $15 million, citing strong investor demand.

The financing comprises 1,133,334 units priced at $18.75 apiece for up to $21.25 million in proceeds in a concurrent private placement, as well as 466,666 units at the same price for up to $8.75 million in proceeds in a LIFE offering.

Stack Capital ( STCGF ) said it has granted agents an option to sell up to an additional 20% of the units at the same price for an additional $4.25 million in proceeds.

Each unit comprises one share and one-quarter of a warrant. Each warrant can be exercised at $23.00 per share for 24 months.

Stack Capital ( STCGF ) said members of the management plan to subscribe for at least $1 million of units under the concurrent private placement.

The company plans to use the proceeds for investments as well as for general corporate and working capital purposes.
