STAG Industrial Q2 Core FFO, Revenue Increase

04:56 PM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- STAG Industrial ( STAG ) reported Q2 core funds from operations late Tuesday of $0.63 per diluted share, up from $0.61 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.62.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $207.6 million, up from $189.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $206.5 million.
