STAG Industrial Q4 Core Funds From Operations, Revenue Rise

04:34 PM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- STAG Industrial ( STAG ) reported Q4 core funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.61 per diluted share, up from $0.58 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.60.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $199.3 million, up from $183.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $193.1 million.

Shares of STAG Industrial ( STAG ) were up 1.5% in after-hours trading.
