05:06 PM EDT, 03/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- STAG Industrial ( STAG ) signed a new lease for 102,060 square feet of warehouse and distribution space at its project in Wellford, South Carolina.

The 30-month lease with an undisclosed wholesale apparel and promotional product distributor starts April 1 and includes an annual rent increase of 3.5%, the company said Monday in a statement.

The Wellford space was completed in June and is 69% leased.
