Stagwell Acquires Influencer Marketing Agency LEADERS

10:07 AM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stagwell ( STGW ) said Wednesday it has acquired digital marketing agency LEADERS and its software as a service platform InfluencerMarketing.AI.

LEADERS and InfluencerMarketing.AI will join Stagwell Marketing Cloud's PRophet Comms Tech Suite, the company said.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Stagwell ( STGW ) shares were down 0.8% in early trading.
