Stagwell Shares Fall After Q1 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Decrease

09:42 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stagwell ( STGW ) shares were falling more than 10% in recent Thursday trading after it reported Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.12 per diluted share, down from $0.16 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.15.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $651.7 million, down from $670.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $686 million.

The company said it continues to expect 2025 adjusted EPS between $0.75 and $0.88.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.84.
