08:36 AM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stagwell ( STGW ) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Brazil-based brand and marketing consultancy, PROS Agency.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Stagwell ( STGW ) said PROS Agency will become part of Allison, a marketing consultancy within Stagwell ( STGW ), to help drive business for Stagwell ( STGW ) in Brazil and the greater Latin America.
