Standard Lithium Prices Upsized $130 Million Common Stock Offering; Shares Down Pre-Bell

05:13 AM EDT, 10/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Standard Lithium ( SLI ) said late Thursday it priced a public offering of about 29.9 million common shares at $4.35 each for about $130 million in gross proceeds, upsized from a previously planned $120 million.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to 4.5 million additional shares.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to fund capital expenditures at the South West Arkansas project and the Franklin project in East Texas, among other things.

The offering is expected to close by Monday.

Standard Lithium ( SLI ) shares were down nearly 18% in recent premarket activity Friday.
