Standard Motor Products Completes Nissens Acquisition for About $390 Million

09:42 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Standard Motor Products ( SMP ) said Friday it has completed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of AX V Nissens for 360 million euros (about $390 million) from Axcel and the Nissen family.

Nissens is a manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket engine cooling and air conditioning products, Standard Motor said.
