05:40 PM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Standex International ( SXI ) said late Wednesday it has acquired McStarlite, a California-based aerospace sheet metal company, for $56.5 million in cash, financed through its existing revolver.

McStarlite will operate under Standex's ( SXI ) Engineering Technologies Group.

Standex ( SXI ) said the acquisition is expected to be accretive to its earnings in the first year of ownership.
