Stanley Black & Decker Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Rise; 2025 Adjusted EPS Outlook Revised

06:38 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stanley Black & Decker ( SWK ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.43 per diluted share, up from $1.22 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.19.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 27 were $3.76 billion, up from $3.75 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.77 billion.

The company said it now expects 2025 adjusted EPS of about $4.55, compared with its prior outlook of about $4.65. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $4.61.

Shares of the company were down 3.5% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
