07:41 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stantec ( STN ) said Tuesday it has acquired Ryan Hanley, an engineering and environmental consultancy in Ireland.

The company said the acquisition will provide local knowledge, relationships, and technical expertise to Stantec ( STN ), especially in the Irish water sector.

Stantec ( STN ) said Ryan Hanley has been its local partner since 2020 as part of a joint venture providing engineering design services to Ireland's Uisce Eireann.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Shares of Stantec ( STN ) were up 2.9% in recent premarket activity.
