Stantec Acquires Hydrock for Undisclosed Sum

11:02 AM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stantec ( STN ) said Wednesday it acquired UK-based engineering design firm Hydrock.

Hydrock focuses on areas such as fire safety, energy and sustainability, civil and structural, transport, environmental, and geotechnical services.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
