07:18 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stantec ( STN ) , up 3% in U.S. pre-market trading, on Tuesday said it has acquired Ryan Hanley, a 150-person engineering and environmental consultancy in Ireland for an undisclosed sum.

Ryan Hanley, founded in 1931 and with offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork, and Castlebar, has partnered with Stantec ( STN ) in a joint venture since 2020. The two firms are currently supporting Ireland's water company's engineering design services requirements.
