08:04 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stantec Inc ( STN ) has been awarded a $274.7 million contract by the US General Services Administration for a new commercial inspection port on the Mexico border in Douglas, Arizona.

Under the contract, Stantec ( STN ) will provide transportation infrastructure, engineering services, utilities engineering, and surveying, in addition to architecture and sustainability consulting services.

Stantec ( STN ) will work with Jones Studio, which has been named as the architect of the project, and general contractor Hensel Phelps.
