01:10 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stantec ( STN ) said Tuesday it closed a CA$425 million ($310.6 million) offering of senior unsecured notes.

The notes bear interest at 4.374% per annum and mature on June 10, 2032.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
