06:42 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Star Diamond ( SHGDF ) late on Thursday announced changes to its leadership team.

Wayne Malouf was named chairman, and Krisztian Toth and Leslie Markow were appointed as directors.

Lester Kemp has been appointed as interim CEO, while Mark Shimell, who was formerly vice president of exploration, has been named COO.

The new positions became effective late Thursday.

"Together, the team's combined experience of mining in Canada and across the world will enable the company to evaluate options for this exceptional, high quality diamond project," Malouf said.
