Star Group Fiscal Q4 Loss Widens, Sales Drop; Shares Fall After Hours

04:59 PM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Star Group ( SGU ) reported a fiscal Q4 net loss late Wednesday of $1 per diluted unit, compared with a loss of $0.55 a year earlier.

Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 fell to $240.3 million from $266.9 million a year earlier.

No analyst estimates were available for comparison on FactSet.

The company's shares were down 3.2% in after-hours activity.
