Star Group to Acquire Home Energy Distributor for $68 Million

09:02 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Star Group ( SGU ) said Thursday it entered into an agreement to acquire an unnamed home energy distributor for approximately $68 million.

The distributor is situated within Star Group's ( SGU ) current operating footprint, the company said, adding that it expects to close the deal within the next 45 days.
