Starbucks Stockholders Reject Shareholder Proposal for Disclosure of Human Rights Policies

08:34 AM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Starbucks ( SBUX ) stockholders on Friday rejected a shareholder proposal requesting a report on the company's human rights policies, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

At their annual meeting, stockholders approved the compensation paid to Starbucks' ( SBUX ) executives on a non-binding and advisory basis and re-elected the company's directors.
