Feb 3, 2025 4:23 AM

07:01 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Starbucks ( SBUX ) and its union representing over 10,000 baristas, Workers United, have agreed to withdraw lawsuits against each other, multiple media outlets reported Friday citing the company.

This comes one day after the parties agreed to allow a mediator to help negotiations which started in April 2024, the reports said, adding that this decision brings them closer to reaching a contract.

Starbucks ( SBUX ) and Workers United did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
