01:22 PM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stardust Power ( SDST ) said Monday it has signed a licensing deal that gives it the exclusive rights to use KMX Technologies' vacuum membrane distillation technology for lithium extraction and concentration is the US, Canada and some other markets.

Stardust Power ( SDST ) said the deal will support its efforts to build out the lithium supply chain and onshoring of critical minerals in the lithium market in North America.

The company's shares rose 13% in recent trading.
