Starwood Property Trust Q3 Earnings Beat Estimates, Revenue Falls Short

08:09 AM EST, 11/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Starwood Property Trust ( STWD ) reported Q3 distributable earnings Wednesday of $0.48 per diluted share. It did not provide comparable earnings or revenue figures from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected normalized earnings of $0.47.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $479.5 million.

Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $488.6 million.
