Starwood Property Trust's Q2 Distributable Earnings, Revenue Drop

07:58 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Starwood Property Trust ( STWD ) reported Q2 distributable earnings Thursday of $0.43 per diluted share, down from $0.48 a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.40.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $444.3 million, down from $489.8 million a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $460.2 million.

The company's shares were up 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
