Starwood Property Trust's Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Fall

07:10 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Starwood Property Trust ( STWD ) reported Q4 distributable earnings Thursday of $0.48 per diluted share, down from $0.58 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected non-GAAP EPS of $0.47.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $454.4 million, down from $522.3 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $466.4 million.
