05:47 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Starz Entertainment ( STRZ ) reported fiscal Q4 revenue late Thursday of $330.6 million, down from $352.4 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $545.7 million.

The company said it will begin reporting earnings per share data starting from the quarter ended June 30 because its separation from Lionsgate occurred before the close of the fiscal year.

The company also changed its fiscal year end from March 31 to December 31, according to a statement.

Shares were up 7.2% in after-hours trading.
