State Street Names Citizens Financial CFO John Woods as Next CFO

08:20 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- State Street (STT) said Wednesday it has appointed John Woods as its chief financial officer, effective in late August.

Woods is currently vice chair and CFO at Citizens Financial Group ( CFG ) . He will succeed Mark Keating at State Street, who has served as interim CFO since February.
