05:28 PM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Steelcase ( SCS ) said Thursday it has authorized a broker to repurchase up to 1.5 million shares from Oct. 11 through Dec. 20.

The repurchases that may be made under the agreement are authorized under a $100 million share repurchase program approved in October 2023, of which $79.9 million currently remains available, the company said.
