06:14 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis ( STLA ) said Wednesday it is putting in place a new team under its Leadership Team across many of its key markets including at Europe, Latin America, Africa and Middle East, and China and Asia-Pacific regions.

The company added that Francesco Ciancia will rejoin on Nov. 1 as Global Head of Manufacturing and a member of the its Leadership Team.

Stellantis ( STLA ) said that Emanuele Cappellano is appointed head of Enlarged Europe and European Brands, in addition to his current role leading Stellantis Pro One.

Jean-Philippe Imparato will now focus full-time on driving performance improvements at Maserati, as CEO, and Stellantis ( STLA ) & You, reporting to Cappellano, the company added.

It further noted that Herlander Zola, currently head of commercial Operations Brazil and South America Light Commercial Vehicles, is appointed Head of the South America region, succeeding Cappellano.

Samir Cherfan and Gregoire Olivier will continue to head Middle East and Africa, and China and Asia-Pacific regions respectively and will be elevated to its Leadership Team, it added.

Stellantis ( STLA ) noted that Ralph Gilles joins the Leadership Team as global head of design.
