Stellantis appoints Doug Ostermann as CFO amid management overhaul

(Reuters) -Stellantis ( STLA ) said on Thursday it has appointed insider Doug Ostermann as its finance chief, succeeding Natalie Knight, who will leave the company, amid a broad management reshuffle.

The automaker also appointed Antonio Filosa as its North America chief operating officer in addition to his role as Jeep brand CEO, succeeding Carlos Zarlenga.

Zarlenga's next position will be subject to a future announcement, the company added.
