Stellantis Appoints Joao Laranjo CFO

03:20 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis ( STLA ) said Monday it has appointed Joao Laranjo chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Laranjo previously served as chief financial officer of Stellantis North America. He succeeds Doug Ostermann, who has resigned for personal reasons, the company said.
