Stellantis' Chrysler Brand Recalling Over 317,000 Vehicles Over Hydraulic Control Issues
Dec 6, 2024 4:41 AM

07:24 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis' ( STLA ) Chrysler brand is recalling over 317,000 vehicles in the US due to issues with the vehicles' hydraulic control unit, the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Thursday.

According to the statement, the issue can cause the vehicles' anti-lock brake, electronic stability control, and traction control systems to fail, increasing the risk of a crash.

Chrysler said the affected vehicles are certain 2017 to 2018 models of its Ram 2500 Pickup, Ram 3500 Pickup, 3500 Cab Chassis, 4500 and 5500 Cab Chassis vehicles.
