Stellantis Completes $1.07 Billion Share Buyback Tranche

04:59 AM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis ( STLA ) said Wednesday it has completed the first 1 billion euros ($1.07 billion) tranche of its share buyback program launched Feb. 28.

From Feb. 28 to April 29, the automobile manufacturer purchased nearly 41.1 million common shares.
