Stellantis Extends, Amends $13.12 Billion Credit Facility

02:23 PM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis ( STLA ) said Wednesday it has extended its 12 billion euros ($13.12 billion) syndicated revolving credit facility.

The credit facility, originally signed in July 2021, involves 29 banks from Europe, America, and Asia. It is divided into two tranches: 6 billion euros with a three-year term and 6 billion euros with a five-year term, both with options for two further one-year extensions.

The facility was also amended with improved terms, Stellantis ( STLA ) said.

Both brands (Maaza and Limca) were acquired by The Coca-Cola Company along with Thums Up from Ramesh Chauhan of Parle Bisleri in 1993, when the Atlanta-headquartered company had re-entered the Indian market. On being asked about Maaza and Limca performance, Coca-Cola President (India and Southwest Asia) Sanket Ray told PTI, "Both the brands are doing well." In India, currently, Maaza is ranked at No. 3 brand and Limca is the sixth brand in terms of sales volume in the overall beverage category, said Ray while citing market data from Nielsen.
