Stellantis Launches Second Tranche of Its $3.25 Billion Share Buyback

06:11 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis ( STLA ) said Thursday that it has signed an agreement for the second tranche of its 3 billion euros ($3.25 billion) share buyback program with an unidentified investment firm that would make trading decisions on the timing of the purchases independently of Stellantis ( STLA ).

The agreement covers a maximum amount of 1 billion euros in shares, Stellantis ( STLA ) said.

The second tranche of the buyback program starts Thursday and runs through Aug. 30 at the latest.
