Stellantis Offers Voluntary Buyouts to Some Factory Workers in US

01:57 PM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis ( STLA ) said Friday it is offering voluntary buyout packages to some factory workers in the US amid an effort to boost efficiency.

The offer was made to employees at the manufacturing and Mopar facilities in Detroit and Toledo, Ohio, as well as to employees at facilities in Illinois, the automaker said in a statement emailed to MT Newswires.

The offer to eligible represented employees is active until May 8, Stellantis ( STLA ) said.

The United Auto Workers union didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
