Stellantis Remains Committed to Maserati Brand, Maserati CEO Says

11:49 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis' ( STLA ) commitment towards its luxury brand Maserati remains intact amid the uncertainty caused by US tariffs, Maserati Chief Executive Officer Santo Ficili said Friday, according to a letter from Italy's Uilm union.

The union's head Rocco Palombella said in the letter that Ficili confirmed Maserati's commitment to Italy and to workers at every production site.

Palombella also praised Ficili for his remarks on the development of new projects and his commitment to boost Maserati's competitiveness, adding he expects what Ficili said "to become a concrete reality for Maserati," and avoid any potential scenario of a spin-off.

STLA shares were down 2% in recent trading.
