HOUSTON, Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Stellus Capital Management, LLC ("Stellus") announced today that its affiliates provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of Platform Partners' ("Platform") acquisition of Champion Contractors & Services ("Champion" or the "Company"), a leading national commercial roofing and storm restoration services provider.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, Champion has scaled into a national contractor serving commercial customers across a diverse set of industries for large-loss insurance driven restoration projects. Through its comprehensive roofing and re-roofing solutions, technical expertise, and commitment to integrity, Champion has become a trusted partner and built longstanding relationships with property owners, insurers, and national accounts.
