Stellus Capital Prices $50 Million of 7.25% Notes due 2030

08:44 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stellus Capital Investment ( SCM ) said Tuesday that it has priced a public offering of $50 million aggregate principal amount of 7.25% notes due 2030, on Sept. 22.

The company said these notes are an additional issuance of the 7.25% notes due 2030 that it issued on April 1, raising $75 million.

Stellus said the net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of its 4.875% notes due 2026. As of Sept. 19, it had $100 million aggregate principal amount of the 4.875% notes due 2026, the company said.

The deal is expected to be completed on Thursday, the company said.
