06:00 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stepan ( SCL ) said late Thursday it completed the sale of its subsidiary, Stepan Philippines Quaternaries, and its Bauan, Batangas manufacturing assets to Masurf, a subsidiary of Musim Mas.

Under the deal, Stepan Philippines Quaternaries signed a tolling agreement with Masurf to ensure uninterrupted service for its Southeast Asian customers, the company said.

The transaction, first outlined in a May 27 Asset Transfer Agreement, closed on Nov. 14.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
