08:33 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stepan ( SCL ) said Tuesday that its unit Stepan Philippines Quaternaries has agreed to sell its manufacturing assets in Batangas, Philippines, to Masurf, a unit of palm oil company Musim Mas.

Stepan Philippines will enter into a tolling agreement with Masurf to continue to serve customers after the closing, Stepan ( SCL ) said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
